for Items Purchased Online
If there is a problem with your order, please contact FastCap immediately at +31 165 392 066 so we can promptly resolve it for you.
Most non-custom items in original condition may be returned within 90 days of delivery for a full merchandise refund.CUSTOM ITEMS ARE NON-RETURNABLE. Merchandise must be returned in unused, like-new condition. See Return Policy Basics for additional restrictions.
Important note: Except in cases where the return is the result of a shipping error or the item arrives damaged or defective, original shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping fees equal to the original shipping charges will be charged to all returns.
